É permitido divulgar nas suas redes e grupos, de forma honesta e informando que é um link de indicação; é proibido auto-indicar, criar contas falsas, pagar por cadastros, fazer promessas enganosas (como “renda garantida”), enviar spam, se passar pela Cashly ou promover para menores. This Affiliate Policy sets the rules for the Cashly referral program ("Affiliates", "Team"). It forms part of the Terms of Service. By sharing your invite link or code you agree to it.
1. How the program works
Every member has a personal invite link and code. When a person signs up through your link or with your code, they join your team. You earn a commission, at the percentage shown on the Affiliates page, on the approved rewards your referrals earn, for as long as both accounts remain in good standing. Any additional invite bonuses or tier rewards are shown on the Affiliates page. Rates and bonuses may change; changes apply to earnings after the change is announced.
2. Attribution
A referral is attributed to the code used at sign-up (or the referral cookie set by the last invite link opened before sign-up). Attribution is fixed when the account is created and cannot be transferred or changed later. We may decline or remove attribution where we suspect fraud, self-referral or an account created only to collect commissions.
3. Commissions, holds and reversals
Commission is credited when the referral's reward is approved and is subject to the same holding period as other rewards. If the referral's reward is reversed, rejected or forfeited, the related commission is reversed too. Commission is withdrawn in the same way as any other balance, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount.
4. Allowed promotion
You may promote Cashly on your own social accounts, in groups or channels you run and in messages to people who agreed to hear from you. Describe Cashly honestly: members earn rewards for completing offers, rewards depend on the offers available, and there is no guaranteed income. Make clear that the link is your referral link. Follow the rules of the platform where you post.
5. Prohibited promotion
You must not: refer yourself or accounts you control; create fake accounts or pay people to sign up; promise guaranteed, fixed or "passive" earnings, or make any claim we have not published; send unsolicited bulk messages or spam; run paid ads that bid on the Cashly name or imitate Cashly's brand, pages or support; pose as Cashly staff; promote to minors or in places where the program would be illegal; use cookie stuffing, redirects, hidden links or incentives that mislead the visitor; or promote on sites containing illegal or adult content.
6. Team pages and leaderboards
Your team page shows your referrals by first name or initial and their contribution to your commission. Leaderboards may show your first name or initial and your earnings ranking. Do not publish other members' personal information.
7. Violations
If we find that this policy has been breached we may withhold or reverse commissions, remove the referrals concerned, exclude you from the program and, in serious or repeated cases, close your account under the Terms of Service.
8. Changes and contact
